We really enjoyed this place; everything was perfect, however the bathroom was shabby. Location was easy and perfectly comfortable, close to a royal residence.

The room was reasonably large, even so the bed was very uncomfortable. Big bonus was a bathtub and clean bathroom. The location was magnificent close to tubes, and had everything you needed. What's more, it was really close to Queensway and Baywayter underground stations, and tube station and restaurants.

Loved every moment there. Its rooms were stunning, the staff was accommodating, we had an enjoyable stay which undoubtedly took away from our holiday. Satisfied with free WiFi and the sofa bed available. The neighbourhood was peaceful.

The hotel has some apartments which are totally different from the pictures we see on the site. So, be carefull as it doesn't worth at all.

The location of this hotel is fantastic - it is close to metro stations which is very convenient for sightseeing. It is also close to everything you might need, such as restaurants and shops. The hotel is only 500m away from the next underground station, making it easily accessible.

Nothing bad to say. The hotel met all my expectations.

Studio (+) The staff is very friendly, helped with the luggage and answered all the questions. Price is negotiable if you extend stay and the length of stay is more than 7 days.

Studio (-) My room on the ground floor (G05) was very tiny and absolutely different than the one of the photos. But it was clean and nice. I moved into room 107 which is the room from the photo. It is spacious, clean and nice, with good view. But it should be reserved in advance and for long-term stay. In the rooms it is a bit cold, though they have two radiators. The mattress is hard.
